Terms of service

These terms apply to The Talent Road, operated by Stephen T Molloy at The Talent Road, 35 Mountjoy Square South, Dublin 1, D01 K235, Ireland. By creating an account or booking a service, you agree to these terms. Contact us at thetalentroadltd@gmail.com or through the contact page with any question.

Services and accounts

The site subscription costs €25 per year and gives access to the registered client area, career resource library and included preparation tools during the paid subscription period. It renews automatically each year until cancelled. Coaching sessions and the discounted 5-session package are optional, separate purchases at the price shown before checkout. Accounts are personal and must not be shared. Customers who bought the retired lifetime registration before these terms took effect retain that access.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe in euro. An account or booking is confirmed only after successful payment. A package contains the number and duration of sessions displayed at checkout and has no cash value beyond the services purchased.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel the annual site subscription at any time through the secure Stripe account portal available from your client dashboard. Cancellation stops the next annual charge; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Except where consumer law requires otherwise, cancelling does not create a refund for a period that has already started.

Consumers buying online may have a 14-day statutory cancellation right. When you expressly request immediate digital access, that right for supplied digital content may end once access begins. When you request a coaching service to start within 14 days, payment may be due for service already supplied; the right may end once the service is fully performed. Your statutory rights are not limited by these terms.

Give at least 24 hours notice to request one no-fee reschedule, subject to availability. Sessions cancelled with less notice or missed without notice are generally non-refundable, except where consumer law requires otherwise or The Talent Road agrees due to exceptional circumstances. If The Talent Road cancels, you may reschedule or receive a refund for the affected undelivered service.

Your responsibilities

Keep login details secure and ensure submitted CVs, applications and interview examples accurately reflect your experience. Do not upload unlawful content, another person's confidential information without permission, malware or material that infringes rights.

Coaching scope

Career coaching provides guidance and practical support; it does not guarantee employment, interviews or offers and is not legal, immigration, financial, medical or employment-law advice. You remain responsible for career and application decisions.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service secure and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence or mandatory consumer rights. Otherwise, liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable loss arising directly from the purchased service.

Ending access and law

We may suspend access needed to protect users, investigate misuse or comply with law. You may request account deletion at any time. These terms are governed by Irish law, without removing any mandatory consumer protection or right to bring a claim in a competent court.
